Digital documents are the core of the concept for trendsetting accounting. At first you digitalize your paper documents by scanning them in or faxing. Via a computer center, the digital records will then come to our office.
In the computer center, the digital documents are stored online in a specific document administration. We retrieve the documents and book them online via the connection to the document administration. When booking, the digital documents are automatically connected with the accounting record and then stored online in the document administration. Based on the accounting record - document connection, digital documents appertaining to the accounting records can be displayed later on by mouse click.
The advantage for you is obvious: There is no need any more to sort the paper vouchers and give them to external offices! You just need a scanner and an Internet access or a fax machine.
